About Me

Massage therapy has become a necessary ingredient for a complete well-being program.  I believe everyone’s physical discomfort as well as their emotional experiences are different.  Specializing in Integrated Massage Therapy allows me to create a healing session that is individualized to you.

Having been a competitive athlete most of my life, I have developed a special understanding of the physical and mental demands that can be asked of the body.  Through Integrated Massage Therapy and Energy Work, it is possible to release stress, emotions, thoughts, and blocked energy.

This release bridges the gaps between the mind, body, and spirit.   I am a graduate of Health Choices Holistic Massage School where I also served as an instructor.  My certifications include the following modalities:  Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Foot Reflexology, Polarity, Craniosacral, and Reiki Energy Healing.  I am also certified in Pre- and Post-Natal Massage.

I am a father, a cyclist, and an outdoor enthusiast.  I have been in practice since 2003 and am committed to professional excellence and to providing the highest quality bodywork available.  My office is located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and I look forward to meeting your current health and wellness needs.
